The CHP Series Carbon Steel High Pressure Filters from Nitrogenium are engineered for high-performance filtration in compressed air systems operating at pressures up to 420 bar. These filters provide exceptional removal of solid particles, water, oil aerosols, hydrocarbons, and vapors, ensuring clean and reliable compressed air supply for critical industrial processes.
Constructed from durable nickel-plated carbon steel with a 25 μm surface coating, CHP filters offer superior corrosion resistance, even in the most demanding environments. They are designed to meet ISO 8571-1 compressed air quality standards and can be equipped with six different filter element grades (B, P, R, M, S, and A) to match specific purity requirements.
With operating pressure options of 100, 250, and 420 bar, and volume flow rates ranging from 40 to 715 Nm3/h, CHP filters are suitable for a wide range of high-pressure applications. Connections are available from 1/4" to 2" for easy system integration. Optional external condensate drains can be installed to ensure effective moisture management.
