The RDP Refrigeration Dryer is engineered for high-efficiency water separation from compressed air, ensuring dry and high-quality air supply for industrial applications. By lowering the pressure dew point to +3°C, it prevents moisture-related damage, improves air quality, and enhances system reliability.

Using an advanced 3-stage heat exchanger, the RDP series efficiently removes water:

1. Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger: Pre-cools incoming humid air using cold outgoing air.

2. Air-to-Refrigerant Heat Exchanger: Cools air, condensing moisture for removal.

3. Integrated Demister:  Effectively separates and eliminates all condensed water from the air stream.

The proven and robust design ensures fast installation, reliable operation, and simple maintenance for long-term performance.
