 Oil & Gas Industry
 Aerospace & Defense Applications
 High-Pressure Pneumatic Systems
 Industrial Manufacturing & Processing
Compressed Air Injection & Boosting Systems

How Does the HP-DRY Adsorption Dryer Work?

The HP-DRY adsorption dryer uses dual desiccant columns, alternating between adsorption and regeneration cycles:

Adsorption Phase: One column removes moisture while the second regenerates.
Regeneration Phase: A portion of dry compressed air is expanded and used to remove moisture from the desiccant.
• Automatic Column Switch-Over: Seamlessly transitions between columns without pressure loss, ensuring a continuous supply of ultra-dry air.

Why Choose the HP-DRY Adsorption Dryer from Nitrogenium?

 Designed for high-pressure industrial applications
Ultra-low dew points for moisture-sensitive processes
 Energy-efficient heatless regeneration technology
 Durable construction for long-term reliability
 Advanced monitoring with LED controller
