The P-VAC Series Vacuum Pump Protection Filters by Nitrogenium are specifically designed to safeguard vacuum pumps from damage caused by solid particles, liquid contaminants, and fine impurities. These filters optimize the suction side filtration process, ensuring extended pump life and improved system reliability.

P-VAC filters offer a two-stage filtration approach. The rough prefilter (VACP) captures bulk liquids and large solid particles, while the high-efficiency microfilter (VACM) effectively removes ultra-fine contaminants that may cause damage to sensitive vacuum pumps.

With operating pressure ranges from 20 to 2000 mbar (absolute) and flow capacities between 7.5 and 345 Nm3/h, P-VAC filters are suitable for a variety of vacuum systems. The filters are designed with connection sizes from 3/8" to 3", and they operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from 1.5°C to 65°C. The standard color finish is RAL 5012.
