The RDL Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryer is the next evolution of the RDP series, designed to offer efficient moisture removal while optimizing space, cost, and performance. Built with a focus on essential components, this dryer maintains high reliability and air quality while reducing manufacturing costs.

Utilizing an ultra-compact 3-stage heat exchanger, the RDL series efficiently removes water:

 1. Air-to-Air Heat Exchanger: Pre-cools incoming humid air using cold outgoing air.
 2. Air-to-Refrigerant Heat Exchanger: Cools air, condensing moisture for removal.
 3. Integrated Demister: Separates and eliminates condensed water from the air stream.
 
Designed with environmental responsibility in mind, the RDL series is manufactured using recyclable materials, ensuring an eco-friendly solution for compressed air drying.
